All financial arrangements, contracts, and agreements must be made directly between you and the breeder/rescue, outside of our platform.

3. User Responsibilities

As a user, you agree to:

• Conduct thorough due diligence before committing to any pet adoption or purchase
• Meet breeders/rescues in person and inspect animals before making any commitments
• Verify all licenses, certifications, and health records independently
• Comply with all local, state, and federal animal welfare laws

4. Breeder Verification

While we make reasonable efforts to verify breeders and rescues on our platform, we cannot guarantee the accuracy of all information provided. Users must independently verify breeder credentials, licenses, animal health records, and breeding practices before making any commitments.

5. Animal Welfare Commitment

Tails is committed to promoting animal welfare in accordance with guidelines and standards. We do not tolerate:

• Puppy mills or unethical breeding operations
